Our community has 4,000 feet of direct water front on Paugus Bay. Located on part of the waterfront is a private sandy beach which is available to all South Down Shores residents and their guests. There is also a playground and a beautiful landscaped area with plenty of adirondack chairs for relaxing and enjoying the water views. Please abide by the rules and regulations and obtain a beach pass for all guests.

The Beach House is open on a reservation basis only. It is primarily used by clubs and associations as a meeting room and to host functions. To make a reservation please contact Donna Faucette at Harvard Property Management.

Rest room facilities are available at all times during the summer months for our beach guests.
