South Down Shores on Lake Winnipesaukee

Colonial Hills Village

Colonial Hills is a 33 unit village with a design influenced by early American architecture.  Located off Davidson Drive, it has 8 triplex units, 4 duplex units and 1 single family unit ranging in size from 1,280 to 1,920 square feet.

The village is a short walk from the waterfront area at Southdown Shores and is especially convenient to the Boat Club.

Colonial Hills is professionally managed and financially sound. Owners include year round and seasonal residents.

Public water and sewer are provided by the City of Laconia, and underground electric service is provided by PSNH. While all of the homes are equipped with electric heat, most are heated by kerosene.
