Daw Village consists of 6 duplex and 3 single townhomes for a total of 15 units.  Most units have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with a vaulted ceiling in the living rooms accented with wood beams and a brick fireplace.  All units have decks.

Daw Village is one of a few waterfront condominium communities within South Down Shores.  Located on Davidson Drive, it has 15 units, six duplex townhomes and three stand alone units.   Daw Village is just a short walk from a private, sandy beach, walking paths and the boat club in the South Down community.  The Village has picturesque views of Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee with the mountains of Gunstock in the background and the beautiful flower gardens that are widespread throughout the community.   

 

The village is professionally managed and financially sound. Owners include full time residents and weekenders. The Daw Village Condominium Association is responsible for everything except the interior of each home and the decks on the waterfront side of the properties. The South Down Association maintains the roads and common areas. Public water and sewer are provided by the City of Laconia, underground electric service is provided by PSNH. While all of the homes are equipped with electric heat, most are heated by propane or kerosene.
