SDRA Annual Dues
Annual dues are $1,020 annually or $255 quarterly with a $25 discount if paid in full by the end of January and $25 charge if not paid on-time quarterly. This applies to approximately 490 owners.
Each individual village have an additional monthly fee determined by their group of owners.
Storage Rack
Annual rental fee of $100 per slot ($125 if 2 watercrafts per slot).
Trailer Storage
$150 per year. There is also space designated for temporary storage. Weekenders, renters and visitors have the option to rent a spot at a cost of $25.00 per day.
Golf Car Registration
Registering a golf cart does not require any fees. You receive a numbered sticker for identification purposes.
