Fells Village

The Fells is a small village consisting of three four unit condos and one single unit.  This village was the first construction done in South Down and was built beginning in 1982.  We have a good amount of open land around the buildings.  The size of the units vary from 1,400 square feet to 2,470 square feet.  Most of the units have unique layouts with a wooden spiral staircase, and all have fireplaces.  A sunken living room is another distinctive feature.  The configuration of each builing allows for privacy and the feeling of living in a single family home.
