Ferncroft Village

The Ferncroft village is unique in that all fifteen condominium units are detached single family residences. Our members enjoy the privacy of a typical single family home and the convenience of condominium living. Dues include lawn care maintenance, irrigation, sewer, trash removal and snow removal for streets, driveways and unit walkways. Members are responsible for exterior maintenance including decks, siding and roofs.

 

All units have exterior wood siding and private decks. Most unit interiors include beautiful cedar wood ceilings and fireplaces. A few units enjoy partial water views.
