Fields Crossing is one of the original and longstanding established villages in the South Down Shores community. Situated off Outerbridge Drive only a short distance from the main entrance, Fields Crossing is elevated on an expansive site overlooking conservation land with a picturesque view of Gunstock Mountain. The Village is represented by 18 buildings comprised of a diverse group of single and duplex units with attached garages.  The architectural design presents a distinctive contemporary residential look.  The Fields Crossing community is a mix of permanent and seasonal residents.

 

Fields Crossing is managed by Evergreen Management having offices in Laconia with local property management personnel. Monthly Association Dues are currently established at $318 which include landscaping services, snow removal, trash removal and general exterior building maintenance. . Public water and sewer are provided by the City of Laconia, underground electric service is provided by PSNH.
