The Gables Village is located at Gables Drive at the intersection of Outerbridge Drive and Davidson Drive.  The Village includes 31 three story stand-alone homes or attached units, offering a variety of third floor lofts, basements, ground floor walk outs and garages.  All homes offer sizable decks to enjoy the open wooded areas, walking trails/cross-country trails, and views of Lake Winnipesaukee.  Snowmobile trails and access to lake recreational areas are within walking distance.  The Gables Village is clustered around their own large private in-ground pool, pool house, tennis court and children’s play area.

The Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors, comprised of five members elected for two year terms, is usually held the first weekend of August at the Gables Pool House.  The Gables Association is responsible for all exterior maintenance of homes, landscaping, snow removal and trash collection.  Public water and sewer is provided by the city of Laconia and electric service is provided by PSNH.   Most homes are heated by oil tanks located in basements.
