The Hamptons Village is located along Outerbridge Drive, the last village before the Long Bay entrance. It is bordered by woodlands, a stream, a walking trail, and a snowmobile trail. The total area of the village is 424,000 sq ft, with 4 lots yet to be built. There are 15 individual homes clustered around three circles, all with attached garages and sited to allow privacy. The homes feature distinctive decorative trim work, board and batten siding, and outdoor living areas including balconies, porches, decks and patios.
The village is self managed. Owners include full time residents and weekenders. Each owner maintains the exterior of their home, including the siding and roof, driveways, decks, patios, and border plantings and garden areas. The Association maintains the roads and common areas and provides lawn maintenance, snow removal, and trash services. Public water and sewer are provided by the City of Laconia, underground electric service is provided by PSNH. Most homes are heated by propane.
