2012 dues are $295 per month.

The grass meadow at the corner of Parade Road and Outer Bridge Drive is part of the Meadows Village common area and provides a beautiful rural vista to all entering the South Down Shores/Long Bay complex.  The first village on the left after the guard gate, the Meadows is particularly convenient to all of the Lakes Region area attractions.

The Meadows Village consists of 18 single-family cape-style units and 22 attached ranch-style units.  The Village is characterized by white picket fences and arbors located in front of each unit.  Most units have private patios.

Many Meadows residents use golf carts to access the South Down beach and marina facilities on Davidson Drive.  The Meadows enjoys an approximately equal mix of year round and summer residents.

The Association is self-managed by a board of seven unit owners who serve annual terms as Directors and meet monthly.  The unit owners meet annually on the third Saturday in June to approve the annual budget and monthly condominium fee.  The monthly fee covers landscaping and snowplowing, trash pickup, liability insurance and maintenance of the common areas, roadways, and maintenance of the exterior of the units.

The Association has a web site  http://www.meadows-southdown.com/index.html and publishes a newsletter  periodically.
