South Down Shores on Lake Winnipesaukee

The Winnie Knitties is an informal group of women who enjoy knitting and crocheting.  All skill levels are welcome to attend to work on their own project and share ideas and information.  The group meets year round on Friday afternoons from 1 to 3 pm at various locations.  The beach area under the pines is the meeting location from late spring to early fall.  In winter, the meetings take place at various homes.  At other times of the year or inclement weather knitters are found at the beach house.  Occasionally a road trip to a yarn shop or lunch is planned.  There are no dues or formal meetings – just come and enjoy socializing as you knit or crochet.
