Storage Buildings: Ninety privately owned (10'x10', 10'x20') storage units are located at the end of Recreation Drive in three steel buildings. Storage units come up for rental or sale on occasion; please see the classified section of the Shorelines Newsletter or the Classified Ads.

Trailer Storage: Two open storage areas (one for boat trailers and one for snowmobile trailers) are located on Recreation Drive. Parking spots are rented on an annual basis to both South Down Shores and Long Bay Association Members upon availability.
