Golf Village is located in an idyllic spot in South Down Shores. As its name suggests, we have a fabulous view of the Laconia Country Club. We caution you that the golf course is a separate property and that you are not allowed to trespass on the course itself. Our grounds are meticulously maintained. It features a pond with fountain and a lawn sprinkler system. One of three pools in SRDA is located in Golf Village for the benefit of Golf Village owners and residents.
