Golf Carts
South Down Shores allows golf cart use on all of the association roads. Many residents take advantage of this and use their golf cart to visit neighbors, go to the beach and boat club or simply drive around the community. All golf carts must be registered yearly and proof of insurance and a signed waiver of liability form must be submitted during registration.
Please refer to Evergreen's letter to South Down owners, as well as the revised rules, regulations and waiver of liability documents below to make certain that you are in compliance.
To complete your golf cart registration, please forward the completed Golf Cart Rules, Regulations and Waiver of Liability Form and proof of insurance to Evergreen Management.
Villages may have additional rules that govern golf cart use and storage on their property.
As a reminder, renters are not permitted to use golf carts.
