To maintain, manage, and control the storage facilities at South Down Shores consistent with the covenants, restrictions, and easements of South Down.

The South Down Storage Facilities is primarily intended for unheated storage use by an individual or individuals who also own a lot or residential dwelling within South Down Shores.
