Social Committee Chairperson: Pam Watson
The Social Committee oversees many of the programs and groups in South Down. During the summer months there is an Adult Social held the last Saturday of every month at the Beach House starting at 5:30pm. Everyone brings their own drinks and a dish to share.
The third Thursday of the month there is a Taster’s Group that gathers for cocktails and dinner at restaurants in the area.
The Social Committee also plans and organizes the Annual Ice Cream Social held in August on the Green Belt.
