The Ferncroft village includes fifteen detached single family homes. Our members enjoy the privacy of a typical single family home with the convenience of condominium living. Dues include lawn care, irrigation, sewer, insurance, trash removal and snow removal including driveways and walkways. Members are responsible for exterior maintenance including decks, siding and roofs. Public water and sewer are provided by the City of Laconia, underground electric service is provided by PSNH.

All residences were manufactured by Lindal Cedar Homes. The Lindal style architecture fits perfectly with casual lake side living while having that alpine ski village feel during the winter. The post and beam construction provides an open and airy interior with high ceilings and large expanses of glass that showcases the interior cedar ceilings and lets in the outdoor light and views. All units have fireplaces and private decks. A few enjoy partial water views.
